I've always said that building a house is far less expensive than buying one. The reason for this is that Kenyan developers out here are grossly overpricing properties! A mansion like this with the same finish and dimensions would easily cost you between 15 and 20 million. For 7 million you will find most of those small bungalows being sold out there. Kenyans Huwa mnagongwa na hamuoni! This client was smart to build her mansion and for that reason she has saved Millions of shillings.

Others prefer not to deal with the hustle of building and every problem it comes with. Just like cooking your own food at home is cheaper but some people would still prefer to eat in restaurants. Everybody doesn’t have to choose the cheaper path. Sometimes they are not looking for cheapness but comfort and are ready to pay for it.

I really do love how the worker with the space . I can’t wait to reach out I would like the same kinda of designer except I am into open plans . I would definitely opt for open layout kitchen, wall between the master and other rooms opened up except if it’s part of the pillar and opened up the master bedroom to have a smaller closet and more bathroom space . Otherwise it is amazing

A house like this in Uganda would cost around 15m kshs... So this is a good deal even by regional standards. The only difference the finishes n anesthetic in uganda n is alooot better. But by all means this is great
