But the government - KRA specifically - is a major impediment to enterprise. Government entities stifle business at the bidding of the deeply corrupt political class which doesn't want to be outshined by business owners because they would lose relevance. I can also see you have personalised your production by having your own innovations. Your body structure also tells you have worked in production. Some B-rolls of equipment at work and finally editing to bring the full episode to 30 minutes max.

Seeing an African with the passion to change the continent technologically is so motivating . We need more people like this. I am a trained mechanical engineer and it breaks my heart seeing how nothing serious is being manufactured in Africa. The students I met in Nigeria are way more intelligent than the students I met in North America, they are unmatched. I know it's thesame story in Kenya, Africans are intelligent! It's heartbreaking seeing our graduates do nothing serious after graduating just because of the corruption in the continent. Don't let anybody fool you, Africans can build better airplanes, better cars, better rockets, better machines, better gas turbines than what we have in the market today. God bless this man.. It may look like We do not need these machines in Africa but i think as at 21st C, they are essential, we have so many startups which needs quick fabrications, We need to view this in the bigger picture, a case scenario, learning kits can be manufactured locally in our countries. As a software dev in Ghana, I fully agree that systems engineers are lacking even here. People who can write drivers and software to run on machines. Were not good anywhere without more of those people in the industry. Impressed.

Afrikan Traveller this is the most important video you have made thus far. You can see from the number of comments and views on here. So, kindly we expect a follow up, a part 3 .There are several questions i would like you to ask him. 1. What was the reaction of people who have seen this. Has anyone lets say from the govt called him or got in touch with him since this program 2. Has he had any offers from anyone to do a job for them 3. He said he was setting up a curriculum for students interested in this field has the govt taken him up on the offer to teach this field in TIVETS and Polytechniques 4. I remember him saying that he went around to TIVETS and Polytechnics and offered them his services to teach students on use of CNC machines laying around collecting dust but there was no one using them until they get a budget to import experts. Did the govt take him up on his offer to do it himself without having to import experts. As we know importing is another form govt officials use to pocket money by inflating prices to get a cut basically corruption. 5. There are several Kenyans even some making cars in rural areas , like in laikipia and those are some of the entreprenuers who may need his services 6. Ask him if the govt is not responsive what is it that he would like to take this business to another level. Notice there are several people on here willing to help in anyway. Whether its funding is there a way he can have a fund me page where people can contribute to his endeavors to make this company scale to greater heights. There are people am sure who would offer him free land to start a school of engineering or a place whereby any one with an idea can test it or for students in TIVETS or PLOY or University to actually have hands on experience to put theory they learn in school into practical. Or what is the best way to scale is it partnering with univeristies and TIVETS and Polys. 7. Ask him what is his dream for the company and maybe we can help. I can imagine folk in diaspora would help just by the cheer genious and his willingness to help many others gain the knowledge of what he is doing. 8. Get to interview some of his workers and those he has trained and gone on to work for other companies would be a good addition for part 3 .
