It's a real thing. There's a concept of a "maintenance obligation," but alimony for parents can only be granted in extreme situations according to the source I found. Basically the parent has to be in extreme poverty to the point their basic needs can't be met, and they have to be physically incapable of earning additional income. At least as far as my 30 seconds of research could find.

Not sure about alimony, but there's a thing similar to it called filial support law that requires adult children to support their poverty-stricken parents, and OP mentions Germany which is one of the countries that has such laws

If the parents are granted alimony there's still a solution : Op sells all her flats , empties any bank account she has in her country and emigrates where the local law couldn't care less about what the courts in her birth country decided . I don't think this takes place in America so maybe the rules are different elsewhere, but according to Mass.Gov, alimony is defined as "court-ordered support paid by one spouse to the other for a period of time after a divorce." Alimony is only related to divorcing couples. Parents can not get alimony from their children, so of course an alimony case against the adult child is not going to go anywhere.

I usually don't feel merriment about death, but the fact that her father (in biological sense only, as it were) took the immediate route to Hell and I certainly hope her mother (same applies here) manages to develop a sense of remorse for her actions leading up to this point in her behind bars retreat before joining him. I sincerely wish OP nothing but the best and hope she ends up with both friends and family that are everything she was deprived of growing up.

Receptionist: The father. Please enter the elevator on the left. The father does, and steps out to see another receptionist behind a black desk. The room is of glowing red stone walls with a black marble floor. Receptionist: Welcome to Hell, the father. Take a seat while I let your jailer know you are here. The father: What? There must be some mistake! I was a devout Catholic! I should be in Heaven! Receptionist: Let me check. Hmm… I see. Here’s your jailer. He will explain your punishment. The father: Wait a minute! I’m supposed to go to Heaven! Satan: Abusers don’t go to Heaven. You: Beat your daughter harshly, leaving scars, let her get SA’d repeatedly, (lists all crimes) And you still think yourself worthy of Heaven, just because you believed in my Father. It takes a lot more than just belief in my Father to get into Heaven. Come along. (Satan forces the father to walk into the elevator.) Floor 6, please. At floor 6, they step out and the father is led to a room. Suddenly, he opens his eyes and realizes he’s now OP at a young age. He is forced to live as OP, experiencing all the hell he put her through. It repeats despite his pleas of understanding his wrongs, that he’s deeply sorry. Years later, the wife joins him. He’s a broken man now, having long since realized this punishment will never end. At first, the wife pleas and begs, but after a while, she too falls silent.

And the last reminder is the exact same disease that preceeded her abuse getting worse when I'd just gotten away from all of that, therapy and all. For almost a year after the diagnosis, living in a toxic situation with a mentally ill friend, and at the mercy of her father was better than asking that woman for anything... but I had to because of a family history component that played into the disease. What's weird.... it almost feels like getting the chronic illness diagnosis was what it took for her to see me and treat me like an actual person... She left more mental scars, and most of the physical abuse healed... the neglect has had longer lasting signs that I’m still struggling with. The medications I was on for most of my childhood were what //she// wanted them to be, and as a nurss... she pulled a lot of sh.t... but any evidence has either been attributed to someone else, deemed "unsubstantiated" by CPS/DCF, is "excusable", or comes down to an "I said-she said" situation. The paper trail backs her, as does her track record, compared to my dad- and that's the only reason she'd been able to keep custody and control of me for so long. Apologies for rant, but this hit too close to home.

Burglary in Poland does not give tenant rights. There are laws prohibiting evictions during a given period but not getting rid of burglars.
@lotka1205
@lotka1205 2 ай бұрын
it does not, but it would be to simple to just claim tenants as burglars. You can get this state of living somewhere when you will be long enough. There are many "squatters" who occupy empty building in warsaw etc. and it is not as simple for owners to get rid of them

2nd Story - Dude, what do you mean it's YOUR fault? Your fault for what, for being a friend to a homosexual? Bud, your Mam and your friend's Father are the jerks. And good on your brother for sticking it to your Mam. She needs a dose of reality. As for your Dad, he REALLY needs to grow a set and fight for his Kids.

Lmao I will do the same no one will get any money from me when I’m successful. I don’t owe them anything. I’ll just laugh in their faces. They must think that kids don’t grow up and become successful and that’s the biggest F you to them. I feel the same about my mother. I hate her.

Story 2: It is (barely) believable that SIL did not INTEND treatment during wedding. Deleting OP from official photos was ABSOLUTELY intentional! She wants sister PURGED from brother’s life. I wouldn’t put it past her to abort and blame the “miscarriage” on OP. BROTHER WILL fall for this for years.

The mom of 2nd OP is definitely a narcissist and the dad is an enabler. I hope CPS takes note of the psychological abuse those children are enduring. OP has done nothing wrong and has done everything they possibly can, I don't know what else they could do. Maybe take pictures of the brother's ransacked room as evidence and maybe talk to the school counselor to get advice and possibly some help.

If I may make a suggestion, you say you often work in other countries. For the sake of a new start you might want to sell ur rental properties and see about moving to one of the countries you work in.

Fake story as it could be - I'm from Poland and no - you cannot just break in and claim home, flat or whatever. Second thing - getting entire building with flats wtc - it is cost of milions - so no, dancing in clubs won't make it. Third thing - Dunno where this story teller obtained title of nurse - but it is not "online school" in Poland, so it is - if I remember correctly - something like 5-6 years of hard learning for the degree (my friend's mom is nurse). Alimony is possible, true, but not in that case. Also in Poland you cannot abandon ur children etc until they are at least 18, and all under 18 have to go to school or their parents would face prison time.

1st story. You take that hate, and your past, and you morn for everything you went through past til now, you take it and go somewhere secluded no one around and scream and scream til you're ok, and eventually release it, give it to the Lord. I hope you have a good relationship with him. Your family is evil, and I am so sorry you went through that, but if you understand what I am saying it will slowly drift away, allowing Jesus to help heal you inside and out. Take those scars as battle wounds, cause you fought and clawed your way out of their clutches, and beat them. I would of loved your dad to go to prison first, what they did to you I hope she gets a small taste and maybe she'll regret what they did. God bless.
