Mimi Mimi Mimi….. the day I realized that without me people in Kenya will still survive and live as if I never existed, that the day my deliverance come through. I no longer carry the burden of the whole clan, Village and no matter how much Simone would want me to feel guilty, I walk head high….. things we do abroad to meet expectations of our people back home.
@mercymwangi9072 жыл бұрын
I agree with you. You go an extra mile for people then they treat you so bad. The only people I support are my parents fullstop I stopped working extra shifts to feed the village. This is the most genuine story I have come across of a deportee. Huyu mama is so honest. Honesty is spiritual power!! I have been in the US for about 20yrs. I’m grateful to God for my status as a citizen. I however have had relatives who’ve had deportation and when they get back home they tell their stories very differently. They tell people what people want to hear. That’s s no help to others who may be facing the same predicament, and of course to themselves. I believe that when one is not ready to tell their true story to not say anything until they’re ready or not at all because they owe no one any explanation anyway! I applaud Harriet, and Atis( see Tuko/ A Moment with Justus) for coming out and sharing their stories, genuinely! It takes a great sense of maturity, humility, great courage to come out like this. I pray for you Harriet. The help/support you gave, is not in vein. God’s timing is the best. God loves you. Keep the faith. Never give up mama. I hear you. I pray for you. Man can delay but can never deny. Man’s extremity is God’s opportunity! Just hang in there dada. God knows you by your name. You sound like a kind hearted woman. And you know what, you may not gain as much as you want materially but, our God will see that you have the peace and happiness that surpasses any human understanding. Blessings mama. Many blessings and God’s protection.

A very heartbreaking story but God is still on the throne. Makena God is not done with you that's why you're still alive. People learn not to be the first one to throw stones coz anything can happen to anyone. Jeremy God bless you,you're a man full of good humor may God widen your territories in the name of Jesus and may people of good will help Makena in whichever way that God will bless them. God bless you all and may you have a PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR love you 💔💔💔🙏🙏🙏✝️✝️✝️❤❤❤

The worst things in life is to have a good heart, your relatives and society will misuse u, then dump you, the question i ask always, if you don't exist, will they stop living

They won't stop living but as long as you're around they will use you up!! My relatives are the same! Always asking for money complaining they're broke yet they're building rentals and retirement homes in the village. I did it all for 6 yrs.Paid school fees, and all.Not anymore!! I help medically and that's it!!

As a Kenyan living here in the US, I’ve seen many people taking advantage of the poor immigrants and it’s even worse when you have family or friends taking advantage of you back home the way her husband married a second woman living his best life on her dime. I wish her the best. 🇺🇸 🇰🇪

@@janekimuhu7828 Yeah it gets harder every year for those back home still trying. Don’t give up! Sad thing is that politics dictate immigration/visa application policies etc here so every 4 yrs whoever is in charge tries to appeal to his/her voter base.

KZfaq is a good social media to ever established. I used to have a stereotype mindset that life abroad is bread and butter. But after watching how they also have social problems, I lowered my expectations.
