Keep that mentality and the Raiders will be finals bound this year. Just grinding out wins without Fogarty shows the team has the grit to do the job.

It is refreshing to listen to coach be so open and honest about what is happening in a game and the team structure in general. Raiders are obviously a well run club with REAL culture. A no d*#@head policy seems to work.

Young Guys will take time in the end you have zero choice when it comes to injuries give them a go they stood up great Raiders of course im a Sharks fan but that was good.
