It’s been a really tough and sad few weeks, but now we are ready to find some joy again. Join us this week as we head the Camping and Caravanning Club Annual Awards Dinner, and have a fabulous evening with our friends and the legendary Phil Tufnell. From here we head back to Milton Keynes to spend some time prepping our Motorhome for winter and one final upgrade (hint it will be a welcome addition in cold weather). And finally, we feel ready to start to consider plans for our next adventure.
Our family have been roaming around the UK, Europe and US since 2007. We set off on each trip with only a rough destination in mind, allowing the roads we take and places we stop to evolve as we meet new friends along the way.

Sorry for your loses, very open of you to discuss it in the video. I expect you've already done lots of research but I'd suggest speaking to Owen Cox at Autoterm. I've read about lots of people with externally fitted diesel heaters that end up with dirt/water in them. It is very hard to create a perfect sealed solution if not fitted internally.

G'day mate.... We have the 2kw diesel heater in out 8.7m Auto Trail (I hooked it into the central heating system) and it is still way too hot to use on any of the higher temperatures. I was originally going to install a 5kw unit, but I'm glad I didn't. It's also much better if you plumb it straight into your motorhome fuel tank rather than the little tank that comes with the unit. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, even though it's been a bit of a sad time for you. Thank you for sharing your lives with us, we love and appreciate you, and wish you all the best.

We have the D4 on our 7.4mtr MH. It's a 2013 install, so will be very interested in the latest vent tubing you use, as our pipe (card/paper type) doesn't seal very well, so not particularly efficient on the longer runs as a lot of heat is lost on-route.
