Hey Emily, total understand how cleaning is calming it is exactly for those reasons you state you are in control with visible results. I love your cleaning videos. I do a clean like yours once per week top to bottom on a Saturday but I don't have kids so it's a regular routine for me.

I love how real you are! Dont ever be embarrassed of sharing your messy lives some are messier then others! I am I was a hording show I had so much loss in my life from rape to losing my 18 yr old son to suicide and my brother being murdered I stopped living! Stopped caring and stoped cleaning I wanted to not be here anymore! Then one day I was sitting on a bench and a old lady came up to me and prayed for me I looked around didn't see anyone! I was going to go into the river to end my pain! God had other plans I felt this peace swoop over me and I felt better decided to go home and try I managed after 6 months to get my life back on track ! I cleaned decluttered moved toxic people out even family and lost over 80 lbs became healthy mentally physically and emotionally 🙏 you are an inspiration to others thank you 💕 keep going others need you! 🙏❤️ God bless you love from Canada ❤️ now work with homeless people and realized this was gods plan 🙏

I have this Dyson fan too! I live in Japan btw! I got it when my child was a baby because it's much safe than a regular fan and because it has other functions as you said 💗　totally recommend it!

We have 3 boys and Astro turfed our garden when they were about your boys age. Best thing we ever did. It was so good for them and their friends playing out there. Football was life for years. Such a bonus for paddling pools, hot tub, coming in and out of the house with absolutely no mud or grass on their feet. Love it so much.

Hey Emily, love your videos. Don't worry your grass will totally recover. Artificial grass is awful for the environment and wildlife. I also hear it can become smelly over time as it does not renew like grass.

You really make cleaning look so simple. I struggle to keep on top of it especially with a new born. I think 🤔 I like to be totally alone so I have head space but that rarely happens these day’s with two😊. I suppose it will improve as they get older and more independent.

Very motivational! Thank you! 😄 Regarding the Artifical Lawn, I recently got rid of ours. We have a dog that obviously uses the lawn as her toilet and I was finding that on hot days, the Lawn would stink of urine! 🤢 We used a range of different products to keep it clean but nothing really worked that well. We now have a real Law, it's soooo dead & patchy due to the sun & the dog, it looks awful but it is SOO much less work and I know it will grow back eventually. Grass is like a weed! I have purchased a lawn "repair kit" to treat my grass, I will let you know if it is successful. 🤭 Either way, I'm happier sacrificing the appearance to lose the urine smell. 😂 x

Would you consider a clover lawn? Really hard wearing, drought resistant, lovely flowers and doesn't need mowing often. There are some great KZfaq shorts about them x

I absolutely love your kitchen! It's really coming together now, and I can't wait to see the finished product :) As for the fake grass, I really don't recommend it. Summers are going to be warmer in the UK and the temperature of fake grass can get so hot, which obviously wouldn't be good for kiki. Generally it's just so bad for the environment too, you have a lovely garden, and it just needs some proper upkeep, that's all. I recommend speaking to a landscaper and seeing what types of grass they can put down for you, like ones that are hard wearing etc, :)

Love the look of the air purifier... one question though, what happens to the old filters? Do dyson run a recycling programme or something or are they just going into the rubbish?

Your grass will recover once we get some decent rain, our grass is looking very sorry for itself as well. Just be aware that artificial grass can get very hot in the sun, might be worth putting your samples out in the sun today and seeing how hot it gets. It would be a shame to put it down and not be able to use the garden because the grass is too hot.

Just something to think about re the artificial grass in terms of having a dog. It gets really hot in the summer and too hot for my dog sometimes so I have to hose it down. Also my dog won’t go to the toilet on it!

We have artificial grass and it’s a complete nightmare in the summer it gets so hot that you can’t walk on it without shoes. Just be careful if you get it for your dogs paws.

You could put some decoration and plants on the shelf, than there is no space for clutter. Maybe a Basket to hide stuff
