Great tutorial. I found that if you follow the steps and then go to the particular presets and choose the blue or orange "light streaks" pre set it yields even greater results. Thanks quickvfx

How come in particular workspace when I drag the streak it makes an after image on the spot but after effects it remains a ball of light with no trail

Hi. on 3:45 when you 0 the velocity, the streak get some hard corners in it's trail instead of seamlessly moving in free flow. Is there any way to lose those hard corners? thanks

My light seems to wander away from my null. I make nice big smooth curves, and it doesn't follow very well, cutting into the curves and making its own interpretation of the path. Any ideas on getting it to follow better?

You can always just copy the Mask data straight into the Particular Position...I did find I need to use Keyframe Assistant/Time-Reverse Keyframes to get the path to follow.
