BMS got it right here. HIV testing and counselling is the first step for this estranged couple. They both need to test and re-test after 3 months. If Zena was faithfully on ARVs and the couple was intimate less frequently as they allege, there's good chance that they aren't infected. (Depends on the viral load so its 50:50).
