I feel so big relief when I see that even in such a severe cases it is possible to achieve positive outcome. It motivates me to keep going and have patience. Thank you Doc, I learned so much by watching your videos. Still hope will not get to the stage I need fusion in my neck...

This is my first ever comment on ANY KZfaq site, . I wish you could be cloned and twenty of you sent to my area, barring that, I hope to get connected with you soon. My issues probably aren't as bad as I think, but my doctors and chiropractors and physical therapists have been guessing for two years on what I need (except weight loss of course) without the aid of any X-rays, MRI's or nerve studies until I shamed them into it recently. Now that I have those results, which show ALL their guessing to be wrong, I find many issues, at least one of which I believe was caused to flare up because of 'therapy" but not sure which one caused my first reason to seek help. I have follow up appointments end of August, but don't know, since the reports show cervical and lumbar issues which to concentrate on. I am learning so much from your videos, except how to handle these"'Providers'" .

Can severe bilateral neural foraminal encroachment in multiple cervical levels also cause numbness in both legs?
