INGREDIENTS :
Banana bread :
Ripe bananas - 3
Eggs - 2
Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
Caster sugar - 1/2cup
Vanilla sugar or extract - 1 tsp
Plain flour - 2cups
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Melted butter - 100g
Oil - 50ml
Sour cream or yogurt - 3tbsp
Baking powder - 2tsp
Cinnamon - 1tsp
Walnuts & almonds
Victoria sandwich:
Butter - 225g
Caster sugar - 225g
Vanilla sugar or extract - 1 tsp
Eggs - 4
Plain flour - 225g
Baking powder - 2tsp
Cheese cake dessert :
Cream cheese - 200g
Caster sugar - 50g
Vanilla sugar or extract - 1 tsp
Eggs - 1
Cornstarch - 1tbsp
Milk - 50ml
Scones :
Plain flour - 500g
Caster sugar - 80g
Vanilla sugar or extract - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 4tsp
Butter - 50g
Milk - 200ml
Eggs - 2

I have never heard of putting almonds in banana bread. I'll have to try that. I love to put black walnuts in my bread. I live the strong flavor.

Made the banana bread today. T turned out really well. I added chocolate chips to it. The only thing it was very blonde in appearance. I do live at high altitude so wondering if that impacted it.
