When your doing time behind that wall, your only mission is to survive. You don’t want problems, but sometimes a few simple words get skrewed up, and then problems come to you. It’s sick.

I agree. I've been in and out, in and out pretty consistently since 2009. Haven't been back since I last got released in Oct'2016... but even to this day, I can't help but think everyone from friends to cashiers at the gas station are always trying to fuck me around or disrespect me. I find myself getting really defensive really quick, because I think I'm being tested or taken advantage of. I have to remind myself often that that's not how adults conduct themselves.

I am coming off a heroin and opiate pill addiction while trying to taper off and fix myself up as I have destroyed and lost so much. I love watching this guy Banky and his experiences and life stories make me realize that this addiction is nothing at all to feel bad about getting over. If you know about opiate addiction is you go through crazy wirhdrawl which wrecks havoc on your body and even worse mentally and do crazy things when craving. Anyways I’m also gonna follow banky on his IG and KZfaq and I hope you post more and realize this helps people with all sorts of issues and problems in a positive way. I hope you have a good rest of the life Banky and keep entertaining us and love the style bro. Lots of love and respect 👊🏽✌🏽

Wow, I’m 53 years old. I can’t even imagine being in prison since I was 20 years old. All I that went through. Marriage, college, 2 degrees, almost 15 years at 1 job. Man, congrats on your survival. Hang tough dude.

The stories are so true, bc of me starting my 6 yr bid, my 3rd month I was in the rec room and 2 guys were about to fight an the one who started the fight pulled out a knife about 6inches long and about to stab him, but luckily the other guy had some friends bc it got broken up and the knife got took. Once that happened they got into it and the guy who had the knife lost!

Banky...that's been a long experience and it was a traumatic and stressful one. It's going to be a part of you. If you have or wish to seek companionship they'll need be understanding of you and your needs and situations. Having had been in the health field for years...services are available to. God put you here for a reason continue on doing what your doing. Your grandparents are looking down on you smiling and saying what a very important man you where trained to be. The reason why I say trained is because God trained you to teach yourself how to survive the worst and you did. Im very proud of you. I smile every time you answer them questions. Fantastic! From 19-41 I was in and out consistently, my last bid or bit was 5 down Lorton now closed, I guess added all up I put in a good 20, this cat is the real deal Holyfield. I enjoy every second. I paroled out in 98 maxed out my parole in 8 06. Your stories put a NIKKA back right on the scene. I can smell heat and taste it all good luck bro glad you home✅👍🏿💯
