AGAIN, LOCKDOWN EXTENDED To June 15, 2020 At Least We Can Go To The Beach, Right?

San Juan, Puerto Rico - May 25, 2020 - The lockdown will be extended until June 15 and curfew hours will remain from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. Learn about the changes that will take effect starting on Tuesday, May 25, 2020.
Here are some key points from the changes:
- Starting on Tuesday, May 25 Malls and Shopping Centers will begin the process of training their staff in order to re-open on June 8, 2020.
- Restaurants will be able to have guests eat inside but will have to limit the occupancy rate to 25% while practicing social distancing with other patrons.
- Churches will be allowed to hold services while limiting the duration of services and maintaining social distancing.
- Barbershop and Beauty Salons will be able to serve clients by appointment only and only one customer at a time.
- Recreational activities, among them, going to the beach will be allowed but will be "limited".

Awesome to get a KZfaq video notification for PRHN. So glad you've returned to us. Without your news updates, I start to feel quite shallow and uninformed. The 7pm curfew is stupid. It forces people to consolidate and increases risk. I want to go to places like CVS at 1am to avoid daytime crowds.

This is from Art. VI Section 17 of the Constitution for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico: Section 17. In case of invasion, rebellion, epidemic or any other event giving rise to a state of emergency, the Governor may call the Legislative Assembly to meet in a place other than the Capitol of Puerto Rico, subject to the approval or disapproval of the Legislative Assembly. Under the same conditions, the Governor may, during the period of emergency, order the government, its agencies and instrumentalities to be moved temporarily to a place other than the seat of the government. THE GOVERNOR HAS NO AUTHORITY WHATSOEVER TO TELL PEOPLE WHAT THEY CAN AND CAN NOT DO IN AN EPIDEMIC UNDER THE CONSTITUTION!!! IS SHE NOT GUILTY OF TREASON AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF PR???

Could you do some tourist news ? We bought tickets for the end of june thinking PR would be pretty open by then. Its our first trip as tourist and are worried about being forced to isolate as well as not being able to enjoy the food and beaches. Thanks.
