I started running old D&D modules in Dungeon World recently because of this podcast and I'd started with this one. We're three sessions in, so near perfect timing! One slight change that I've made so far that I'd suggest for everyone is to make the creepy, xenophobic townspeople angry southern swamp people. A tobacco-chewing, squinty old man with a rusty old sword over his shoulder staring at the party as they arrived was pretty affective. Although all the players are from Florida, so that probably helped. With the mayor being called Zachariah Ormond though, I'm not unconvinced the author wasn't subtly channeling Floridian creepiness on purpose. Anyway, loved this one, thanks!
