Thank you for the insights Michael but how would you explain rape or physical abuse or emotional abuse ? Aren't you a victim in that case?are you saying trauma is all made up ? It's our body's reaction to the circumstances. Sure we need to take responsibility for our state of being and not be enslaved by circumstances but trauma is very real Sir and I think what you're saying is easier said than done for people who have gone through endless cycles of actual suffering. Are you implying I suffered cos of my own perceptions? Well how else could I have perceived it there was no other way to perceive it . I do have hope for the future though and I do believe in healing and recovery but some situations are a bit more complex you know
