Sir i served notice period on 2nd march 2022. And in my company they had mentioned 3 months notice period so my last working day is 31st May 2022 ( 90 calendar day) or it should be 2 June 2022 ? Because my manager put 2nd june 2022 my last working day but as per my understanding it should be 90 calendar day from 2nd March 2022 . Kindly confirm Kind regards

Sir me apni company me enough notice de chuka hu approx 2 months par company Kehti h tum aise beech me chodd ke nahi ja sakte project. Meri mental health bhot affect ho rahi h iss job me. Kya me ye job leave nahi kar sakta?

Ye to Wahi ho gya HR se baat karlo matlab....hr agar sunn h rha hota to kya baat thi..ye log tbhi releases karte jb inkr paas replacement ho..tb tk nhi karte . Poora notice karne k liye pratadit krte h

Hello my last date on bond is on 27/03/2024 for 1 year. I got another offer with good package if a put resignation as on 19/02/2024 shall i need to pay 2 lac bond amount . But i am ready to serve 90 days notice period from 19/02/2024. What to do now can you please guide

Sir there is no option of buyout mentioned in my Appointment letter but I'm ready to buyout my notice period. But they are not ready to listen. What should I do?? I'm ready to serve the 1 month notice period but 2 months i want to buy

Try speaking to your HR and your manager. Do explain your situation and try finishing the pending work will help you get the leverage. If still problem persist then you can reach out to labour lawyer for the same.

@@apkahrconsultant vo ready nahi hai notice period kum karne ke liye. Maine buyout ka bhi option bolla but vo bhi ready nahi. They are saying relieving and experience letter nahi diya jayega.

@@apkahrconsultant Sir this is what they had written in appointment letter "If you wish to leave the services of the Company, a clear written notice as per Annexure B has to be given to the company. In case of failure to give such written notice within the prescribed time, you are bound to make good or loss suffered by the Company and any other charges/liabilities Company incurs consequent to the failure to give required written notice."

Regarding the buy out and documents you should speak to ur upcoming company. They will be able to guide u better since every company has their own protocols.

Sir mera project pura khatam ho chuka hai fir bhi mujhe buyout nhi de rhe hai , balki resignation ke baad mujhe new project mai daal rhe hai kya karu?

Sir maine microfiber mai job ki h 18 mont job krne ke bad maine region kr diya 12-13 din notic krne ke bad papa expire ho gye jis karn mai gher chla gya jiski jankari maine area manager ko di thi kuch dino bad mera f&f aagya but mera reliving latter nhi aaya .. muzhe reliving ki jarurat h kya kre please help sir

I have resigned from my organization and was given notice period of 3 months from HR but after 7 I got a mail from HR that Today is ur last working day and your notice period is Waived off. My Joining in new company is after 3 months. I'm very tensed as I won't be getting any Salary for next 3 months. I'm the only working person in my family. Plz suggest what can I do

In your case is better to ask your HR to provide full 3 month salary as they are the only one asked you to leave without serving the notice period so it is their responsibility to provide your full 3 month salary.

Sir mera manger mujhe release kr de rha h project se and also he is ready for buyout option but hr nhi maan rha ...manager ne toh mail me bhi confrim kr diya ki ushko early release se koi issue nhi h aur...uper se after releasing from project me bench pr hu...please mujhe guide kijiye

Sir In the notice period i got chicken pox and doctor suggested to one week rest but HR telling me to serve additional this days please suggest what to do

Jitne din ka rest doctor bola hi utne din extra serve kar lo ya agar koi leave bachi ho to usme deduct karwa sacte ho.

@@apkahrconsultant hi what is the procedure to do it? Do we have to write a letter and submit cheque ?or they will tell the amount to be paid after calculating the days remaining of notice? Do they provide you with any acknowledgement of the cheques received or relieving letter?

Sir i resigned from my job serving notice period of 15 days as i m on probation period of 6 months.Also it is clearly mentioned in my appointment letter that during probation period if i resign then i have to serve notice of 15 days and same i did.but now company is not accepting my resignation saying serve notice period of 1 month. What should I do sir??? They hold my salary

Show them the appointment letter and serve only for 15 days and take the relieving letter. If they hold your salary then approach the labour court.

Agar hume company joined karke 15 -20 days hi hua hai..so can we leave company without serving notice as do not want any exp letter or relieving letter

Sir, I have resigned from my company asking to relieve after serving 1month notice period against 3months notice period. Appointment letter indicating that the on either side you can pay out for not serving notice period but final decision shall be of management in such case. Company is not reliving me and asking for 3months to serve. On other side I have to join early as it is already committed. Plz guide me for such a situation

U should better speak to ur HR and get the clarity on this. Let them know ur circumstance and try to buy out else u should ask ur upcoming company to wait.

Hi In my tcs offer letter the notice period mentioned is 30 days but they are telling me to serve 90 days saying the policies have changed post 2015 and my offer letter is from 2014 . They are not also giving me the buyout option .

If ur offer letter says it's 30 day then u should ask the company to give a new offer letter confirming new clause of 90 days. If they have not given you in writing then u should ask ur HR for the same and then take the decision accordingly.

Notice period totally depends upon your company. Regarding it you should speak to your HR.

company can not reject buyout option, if you can't serve notice and you are ready to buyout.

Talk to ur wipro manager and show them the appointment letter containing the buy out clause. Hope they will help you.

@@apkahrconsultant I talked with them they said only 2 reasons are there in which they can help for buyout. 1) medical emergency of employee 2) overseas education Apart from this they can't help I am suffering from depression sir please guide

Sir maine 15 days notice period complete Kiya hai. Par muze accpetence nahi diya. Aur mera notice period khatam hokar bhi manager ne resignation request accepted nahi kiya to kya kare.

Mera bhi same huwa.. i resigned, served the notice period and even extended my notice period yet no reply from my reporting manager not my HR. Both are not replying on my mails. Please help here how to come out of this issue.
