Trivia from ageofempires wikia [During first part of mission with spies] There are some Trebuchets facing towards a castle (both owned by "Carmagnola's Camp"), which the player may click on the Outpost to destroy the castle with the trebuchets, which would be taken over by "Sforza's Spy" at this moment. There are a few Milanese Mills, which clicking on the outpost would destroy the mills. Further west, there are many packed trebuchets which clicking on the outpost would destroy them all. In the north, there is a row of aqueduct, which clicking on the outpost would destroy the piece at the pool. There is a cave where if the two spies enter, they would end up in the west of the map, where there are many cows and sheep, which getting near each group of them would kill them all and receive 500 Food from Gaia.

This scenario has quite a good use of Puzzle-FF-mix-type on the first part and then the B&D part wasn't that disappointing. I think the part where you invade Carmagnola's base was a bit of a letdown though. The army could've posed more challenge with all those military buildings at their disposal. It doesn't hurt sometimes to make the enemy army have 200 pop limit while the player has like 125-150. The campaign AIs and Petersen (Standard AI) doesn't offer much challenge than the custom-created AIs made by AI Scripters anyway, so it should've been done sometimes.

Before the venetian attack, I built towers on each of the flagged locations (the little islands) and it was pretty effective I didn't even need to build an army to destroy the heavy galleons :)

Hey Vip, I see you struggle with the conversations speed, so maybe try pausing the game, read carefully and unpause :$ Also, the trick with the "Hints" is, they are ordered chronologically in all Forgotten campaigns so Tip #2: quick read them in the beginning as a reference and then as the game progresses, read again what the appropriate tip says for the situation e.g. started with hints about the two scouts (for Part 1 of mission), then about building castles and towers and defending blablabla (Part 2 of mission, check them again once you reach this part)

Yeah, the whole rocks next to gold and stone are a couple things I do not like about these new campaigns. Otherwise very well made.

This campaign is just rubbish and especially this scenario. Age Of Empires is not about this kind of sneaky missions. This is rather an fps game mission. Age of empires is a game you play like a king, not like a stressed up far cry player who has to sneak into an enemy stronghold undetected. Francesco Sforza deserves better!
