I know this song from Epic History and the series about the Napoleonic Wars. This track is amazing. Marmont continued to try to flank Wellington and stop his retreat.

the russian army, under the command of general kutuzov, organized a defensive position over two main roads leading from smolensk to moskow. general barclay de tollys first army was on the right, its front protected by the kalacha river, with steep bank and shallow while easily forded. prince bagration second army was on the left a more open position which reinforced by major earthworks, the great redoubt and what the french had nicknamed for its shape, the fleches.

As I said earlier, I don't have a subscription. I only use the website and its built-in equalizer. These three parameters - momentum, depth and power can be adjusted arbitrarily.

@@whatever12. Napoleon wasn't a war lord, he wanted peace and stability for France. He didn't even declare war to the coalitions, Englishs were constantly declaring war at him. And so he defended himself and his empire. If you want peace you'll have to know how to make war first.

@@minherc87 they are well equipped, well organised bandits, or partisans we can say. They replicated the thousands of Spanish guerrillas in Russia, while being incredible at horse riding.

Cossacks are good for reconnaissance and ambushes as a light cavalry. In combat during massive battles, they were defeated.
