Hes thrown in there for synchro potential in case you don't get what you need in your hand. He has the ability to become any level that you need by sending a agent monster to the graveyard of that level. @mehdy_tcg to be honest, I me and my wife play casually, so if I don't have enough handtraps, it's because I'm choosing to not use them and choosing on other cards to use. I should have one in there, if it's not, then it should be. My blackwing deck is my most so called meta deck. All of my other decks are meant to be semi competitive, but more about having fun with the game. What I have in there is what I have and it works for me just fine. If you ever feel like your ideas and decks work better for you, then please go crazy and show them off. I hope this helps your answer and thanks for commenting and watching the vid. :)

Yeah, You don't have to run 2 masterflare, they are easy to bring out, so if you only have one, you can use that and chengyiang great in the deck. If you ever want to buy masterflare, they are dirt cheap since not a lot of people play agents. Your deck shold be fine. :) I hope I could help.

@simonandre4773 same here! I'm not too into the meta, so I like using pure decks and its satisfying when you bring out the main boss monster and steamroll your opponent. :)
