Great video, fellas. Gnarlwood sounds like it will be good for the health of the game. Not having to delve all the time will be good for some older warbands and nemesis is great for more casual players. Cool stuff

Glad to see you guys playing underworlds! Love the content. Just a couple things. You get to inspire a grave guard for free at the end of a round, so round one you could have gotten a freebie. Also when you remove a spirit counter you don't immediately inspire, you need to wait for the inspire step which would come after your activation

Great to see you playing underworlds. I feed the algorithm beast. It's maw is ever hungering. Also, they can't truly replace the Godsworn for me but I'm keen to play the Gnarlspirit!

We have done them in the past, but I think they're out of date now because of rules tweaks. Maybe when the next core set drops we'll put something together.

Nice battlerep! Not sure if it has been mentioned but it seems you forgot about the sons of Velmorn's sibling rivalry. Could have inspired a graveguard after first and second round. Happens with new warbands understandably!

4:52 Thain is literally better than Faulk and Helmar because he deals one damage more than them on average and can stagger opponents on crits, while his brothers need to roll crits in order to do as much damage as he does. Inspired he gains an aditional scything profile while his brothers gain one more damage and can now be on guard if they roll crits on attack. They all gain +1 dice inspired (Also, he looks more unique than Faulk and Helmar who have really similar models and the exact same profiles)

I do prefer Thain much more than the other two, it’s funny how he’s portrayed as the forgotten son in a way but he’s the better fighter

Robin did play a card which Staggered a fighter until they were taken out of action, though I'm not sure that's what happened here! (But yes, usually they would be removed)

12:21 mistake. Inspired Jedran supports Velmorn because he's adjacent to him. the hit doesn't go through.

Yup good spot, this is the kind of rule that’s easy to miss in the middle of a game especially when it’s your first game 😄

That is the sole reason (and delving) we stayed on Direchasm rules until now. We completely ignored Harrowdeep and Nethermaze and stayed on the old rules. So many hold-objective cards, and "flip a feature token" objectives too would be way too easy with delving.

So if you’ve only 1 fighter left and that fighter charges, can they then charge again as the new rules let you change again with someone if all your fighters have charged?

No. You can activate them again but you can't charge. You can't move either. Just attack or go on guard. Possibly carry out a card action. I think you can but would need to double check the rules. (Robin)

He's not. You can reactivate when all your fighters have changed, so you can attack again but not charge or move.

I was going to point that out as well, I have been listening some podcasts, and they all said you inspire these guys at the end of your actiation in which you removed the Spirit token, just before your own power step, I presume?)

Hey Guys, you have special plates you put your fighters in, when they are inspired. How are they called? this golden flame especial bases? where do you get them from? thx in advance!

They came from the Hobby Hermit but he no longer sells them. They may become available as STL files in the future, but aren't as yet.
