The owner did a spectacular job with the renovation. It has a modern aesthetic but still pays homage to the more traditional aspects of the home and area. Also, the price for the home and the acreage is excellent.

Very interesting property. I like the acreage and the privacy it affords. The salt water pool in another big plus along with the newly planted olive grove. Thanks again for presenting yet another special property .

This is another one of those surprising properties, where you like it in spite of the modern finishes, and I think it's it is largely because there is so much natural wood and stone. Along with its sparseness, it is just lovely. One could change its atmosphere with specific furnishings and decor to make it very warm, I think. And the countryside around it is just breath-taking. What a treat and a nice change after a few weeks of the city! Thank you for showing it to us, Danilo.

I guess I'll be the only one to say it. I love it when these century old structures are remoded with modern day amenities and interior design but elements of this one are horrible.

I kind of agree. It seemed over restored and a bit soulless. It didn’t hang together as a home it’s more like an office. It’s a great location and has lots of potential though. Just the echo of his voice was off putting. I’d re-prop it and film it with the fires lit, a few candles round the place and more romantic music.

Another fantastic home presented by Romolini Christies, The buildings are fantastic but I feel he could have completed the landscaping on the edge of the pool (with role on lawn), and I think the lack of large trees on the property let it down somewhat!

To say it is breathtaking is not enough.One of the biggest most beautiful pools ever. The property setting is out of this world and the finishes,appliances and spaces are unheard of. More like a palace than a villa!!

FYI You correctly use Primary Suite, no longer “master”, however one is no longer supposed to use “walk-in closet” as it is hurtful to the disabled!

Danilo, you could sell a penguin to an arab in the desert Beautiful house with an inconsiderate remodel. Too expensive to change those ugly windows, kitchen and open riser stairs. Remodel was made by someone who hated old houses and preferred new minimalistic buildings. It´s too common lately
