rules:
i have right to 1 ally
i can set peace for wars I declared
i can't be allies with the biggest nation (example: soviet union)
at some point i accidentally had 3 allies and for fun i annexed the world at the end (i wouldve lost the war anyway)

If you do this in a World Map, it gets MORE intense.
