Sabalenka screaming while the ball is on the opponents side of the net. Then delaying the scream to offset opponent. It is absolutely ridiculous that she can't play without screaming to this degree.It is only done to disrupt the opponent and delay their ability to react to her shot. Would like to know how good she really is without cheating. It works, did it at my local club all of a sudden I'm hitting winners. I stopped before I was kicked out of the club and let my opponent know I was just trying it to see if it ridiculous screaming works. It definitely does!

WTA is still not making prolong grunting illegal? Its like Sabalenka's grunts start when she hits the ball and last until the ball hits Aga's racket. If Caro is in Aga's shoes, she would have had complained about it to the umpire which is very justifiable.

Im usually the type of tennis fan that kinda enjoys grunts because it's often an indication that a player is trying their absolute hardest. Like i don't mind when Halep or Serena does it. But this is absolutely too far. Not only does Sabalenka have prolonged screams, but the tone of them change for no reason but to hinder her opponent. This sort of prolonged screaming needs to be made illegal or something, it is hindrance and ridiculous.

Sabalenka grunts are illegal !! I’m surprised the umpire didn’t give her a warning. You can grunt but you can’t prolong your grunts when your ball is traveling towards your opponent,those are the rules!

Last year when I watched Aryna against Sharapova in the final of Tianjin, I thought she was this screaming ball basher, who when she got the lead, just pulled off her shots a bit and ended up losing the match but I was impressed with her craft and point construction here. When things got tight, she didn't back down, she kept going for her shots and that's what you need to do

Aga was up by 3-2 and 40-0 on the 3rd set. Had she converted that game, Sabalenka wouldn’t have gained the momentum to close out the match. But I’m glad to see Aga’s back on the court and making spectacular shots even against these heavy hitters.

Sabalenkas grunting here is outrageous esp 5.10 onward! In general though - grunting on the WTA tour is on the increase. Mugaruza is also ridiculous (switching from Foghorn to Silence) Halep has been bad recently. Others in the Mix are Serena/Konta/Vesnina/Lucic Baroni alll changing their style of grunting from point to point!!

that match represents Radwanska’s career in a nutshell. when everybody believes she is going to win (she is the fav) she chokes on big points and is overpowered. i think she should have gone to the gym more often to get some power
