What a feeling yesterday to watch PSG play at the parc Des princes. 5 years ago at my worst with panic and agoraphobia I couldn't even walk 10 minutes to go watch my local team play in Dublin Ireland. yesterday was a very beautiful moment for me.

It is so nice to see you again 🙂 Please, make more videos because I know how much they helped me. Your videos, videos of Billy Cross from Anxiety United. They are so honest and inspirational. And Dr. Claire Weekes book. Although I'm not fully recovered I've made a great progress from almost house bond agoraphobic to life that I have now. Courage and consistency, that is the key!

I just wanted to say thank you I just recently found your videos and your story is soo incredibly similar to what I am currently going though I'm 27 and basically housebound unable to work or do the things I enjoy. But hearing your story give me hope that i can do this and get better

Thank you my friend. I remember the days searching the internet for 10 years for answers of someone who TRULY gets it and understands. So I am just grateful to be on the opposite end of it now and giving back to people that need it. You keep going it takes time you'll need patience and never shame yourself this is just a little part of your journey through life. Sending you strength 💪🏾

Thank you man. I have a landing page on my Instagram account frompanictoparis 👍🏽. Don't worry about finding the root cause. Focus on willingly going into panic and anxiety so much with no more avoidance and slowly getting rid of Safety behaviors. Whatever got you into this position.... You'll heal it from the journey you will embark on to overcome this "anxiety/Panic disorder" you'll become a new person. Stronger , wiser , braver. Everything will change. It's powerful. 👍🏽
