I'm really glad to see people expanding their music taste. Also, I came here for the BTS, but stayed because you're hilarious. Also wanted to apologize for some of the more..... zelous fans of this group that like to act like they own the men and that they can do no wrong, and also for the ones who like to infantilise them even though they're almost old enough to be their fathers. We are not all like that, I promise....

@@user-vv7hc7kb5o There's a lot of ARMY that are 12-15 years old, and biologically everyone but JK could be their dad. Actually even JK could be some of their dad, because I've seen some ARMY admit to being 10 or 11. The majority of the guys are almost 30. Jin turns 30 in less than a month. They aren't exactly young. Lol And I can say this because I'm only six months younger than Joon, and seven months older than Jimin.

Pls do your research regarding the age demographics of BTS fans before making such statement. Back it up with a trustworthy source. I did mine and I am not gonna share it here. As a fan, do your own research. Atm, I am not sure if you are a fan or pretending to be a fan. Idk what are you trying to say or do here. If you are indeed a fan, why do I get a bad vibe from your comment? So not ARMY of you to leave such comment. Are you saying that V and Jimin could be both a father of a 12 yr old when they were 14 or 15? Man, why go that far? Judging from the country where they came from, it is irrational!

@@acequeenliana666..... Uh, you know that people can become parents at 14 or 15 right? And there is nothing wrong with that. People make mistakes. And that's pretty shitty if you to insinuate that it reflects poorly on someone's character to have made said mistake no matter what country they're from. Also, I have done my research, and in a census conducted of fans over 50% were under the age of 18 years old. You can't go by ticket sales because purchasers have to have a credit card, which is not possible for those under the age of legal adulthood. A good chuck of sales are made by parents of fans. Now, to address your question on whether or not I am a fan, I would say that has little to do with my apologizing in advance for those who are frankly rather rude to anyone who says anything even remotely negative about the band. Whether or not you're a fan depends on whether you enjoy the content created, which I do. Lastly, I said "a lot" not all. Which means a large number, not every fan. If this offends you, perhaps you're part of the problem. Have a nice day. 😊

Something you might find interesting about Daechwita is that SUGA controls the tempo & feeling of the music purely through his voice. There's a clip of just the background music and it's the exact same selection of notes repeated/looped throughout. It's a really facinating listen if you can find it and then compare it to the complete song.

Glad you like it. His name is pronounced "Shoo-Ga" and his solo artist name is pronounced "August Dee". You gotta find the explanation videos that talk about the cultural meaning behind the lyrics. Then you'll really appreciate how much these guys are true lyricists. Something that is missing in many popular hip-hop artists these days.

I just started following BTS a couple of months ago, and I also assumed they were overrated because I never liked American boy bands (no offence intended but they are not very good IMO), and I assumed BTS was that type of group. But once I started checking them out I realised I had made a terrible mistake and I've been missing out. Suga/Agust D is my favourite for many reasons and his talent just blows my mind. When I heard Deachwita and the whole D2 album I couldn't stop listening to it for weeks it's just SO GOOD. I was like 11pm and got to get up for work the next morning but "ok I'll just listen one more time and then I'll really go to bed this time" lol. I'm obsessed.

Definitely suggest live version of RUN BTS at 2030 Busan. They hit it hard, they showed everybody what they really are, and for a reason. They were angry with their government for giving them the run around on wether they were going to be exempted from military service or not (required for their country). So they said f* it and made the decision for them. Jin, as the oldest, will be joining in December, and the others within the next year. Also Jin's solo, Astronaut. It's him showing his love to ARMY before heading off to the military. Brings me to tears every time.

To avoid getting issues with the BTS video, just play the into where they show the logo. Though some videos doesn't have it because they're solo works by the members. Just pause every now and then just to be sure. But from what I know, the company actually encourage reactions to their MVs so just feel free to play their original works. You just got a new subscriber to your YT channel!

Just discovered you tonight and I am LOVING your reactions and already subscribed. Usually takes me a bit linger until I feel confident the reactor is legit. I was frustrated watching this one though bc it is a visual masterpiece and unless you have another screen above you it, you couldn’t really appreciate it bc of whatever was distracting you. There is so much symbolism in this video and things you might miss, like all the folks laying on the grown are headless bodies of heads he's "chopped" referenced term often used in musical arenas where people have challenged and lost. The brown boxes are heads (also hanging). There is a breakdown done by a Korean guy out on KZfaq. Also one thing you might not know is almost all of their older music from Map of the soul backwards was written by BTS and they ALWAYS have some hidden or deeper meaning. Sometimes extremely personal too. Enjoy the rabbit hole.💜

I would have loved it if your chat typeface had allowed the full BTS video to be free of overlays of words. Daechwita is pronounced without the W sound. Like Daechita. You hear it throughout the video. Ignore the way it's spelled. There is a rule of pronunciation in Korean that covers this issue. If it comes up again I'll tell you the rule, but just take my word for it for now, or relisten to how Yoongi (Suga, Agust D) says it in the video. You had questions about what was going on, and I wanted to hear what those questions were.

you should really react to j-hope next!! he released his first solo album earlier this year, called jack in the box. i think arson and more would be good songs to react to!! (also, Agust D is SUGA, that’s why in agust d he says “far from the sugar” it’s a play on his name. backwards, agust d is DT SUGA - daegu town (his birthplace) and his stage name, which is an abbreviation of shooting guard, his favourite basketball position. it’s very clever!)
