Wow I can't believe that helicopter pulled off a split S maneuver props 👏🏼 to the pilot. Edit: since this was before FPV drones he was the first one ever to do a split S.

Amazing display, absolutely amazing pilot, its great seeing what the Ah-64 can really do, U.S. display teams have a habit of watering down routines (for obvious reasons) Last i heard the U.S. Army forbid loops for the Apache demos, dont know if thats changed any but its good to see what this masterpiece of a military helo can do, 👍

Most of these tricks are performed on a "stripped down" performance version of Apache to avoid possible damage to radar and the laser guidance system

We sold them to India too, they're here checking out what these machines can really do. We made them, but I'll admit that other countries seem to fly our machines better. Just like the Fins with their F/A-18 Hornet pilots.

I often work in the area around Airbase Glize-Rijen so I see our Apaches and Chinooks a lot. Seen them practice their crazy manouvres a few times too. Recently I had to work on the Airbase itself and saw the Apaches from very close, like 50 meters away. Also saw a Chinook practice rooflandings, hovering above a building with the back wheels touching the roof. Fucking awesome!

Russian Ka-52 is much better, can fly with tail blown off as it don't have tail rotor at all. The only attack copter with ejection system for pilots. Finally, it's newest missiles have much greater range than Hellfire and proved themselves perfectly against newest NATO tanks in modern warfare against strong modern army. Apache only fought against undeveloped poor nations with no/poor jamming or anti-air abilities
