camack was the best electric player i had seen by 1986 after cat man gordon johnson, fernando saunders, david brown, vito san filippo, and mtl/uzeb cat alain caron. now here is james on upright and destroying..surely you wouldnt even hear the same hammer-ons from an electric..finally, maestro: put peace in the world again this summer and season - you're among America's finest contributions to existence. Do as you've been doing since 1957 - soon to come: the global effect we desire

I am new to Jazz. Just where does this stand in the running?? My immediate reaction is this is stunningly good! Ahmed Jamal understands Percussion more than any other Jazz Pianist I have heard yet.

Yap, he's one of the best. But listen to Michel Petrucciani or Keith Jarrett (two total different players, both have an awesome sound) there will maaaaaany to discover ;) but Ahmad Jamal shure is one of the top guys. - I got to admit, I don't know that much from him but my favourite (and also one of his most famous) albums is "Its Magic" Enjoy Jazz, its amazing 👌🏿
