the reason why this is sexy and so demanding is very obvious. many wester curlture fitness programs use a muscle in only 1 context. No other fitness programs encourage a muscle to calibrate intensity; which is why I also learned how to dance and develop a very light touch. Not everything is "all out".

Ran across your vid today. Very nice... I performed w/a Fire an Flow troupe for about 9 years and have always appreciated the dancing WITH flow tools vs 'spinning' them. Your tech skill level definitely shows in how you bring it in to your dance... hope the gig went well!

You are a very lucky person to call it home. The TV show with Rihanna was a wild experience. I wish I could tell you things like, "Backstage Miley Cyrus was puking from a hangover, and I'm holding her hair like, pull it together Girl, camera's roll in 5 minutes." But really everyone was awesome. Rihanna and Pharrell were amazing humans with greatness coming out of their pores. Kelly Osbourne was my favorite guest on the show, she's rockstar royalty, and a sweet little crumpet with her accent.
