Old school hoop, old school tricks, still great to watch. Those big hoops from ten+ years ago were nice cause they went slower and the audience could really see watch you were doing, which was just dancing, doing 3 or four moves and getting lost in the music, but it was beautiful.

I never tire of watching this video. The beauty of the hooping married with the haunting music is amazing.

It's a great hoop video :) I started hooping in 2009/2010 & I remember watching it back then & thinking 'Shes amazing! I hope I can do all those tricks one day!' . It's still an amazing video & shot in a beautiful location. I can do most of those tricks now, but you can never 'look' exactly like another hooper, they will always have their own style that's uniquely them, I've learnt to make the most of my way of hooping & learned to like & accept it. That's taken longer than learning the tricks though!! :)

I remember seeing this video a longgg time ago before starting my hoop journey. This inspired me to get into hooping and out of all the videos I’ve seen this one is still my favorite. So nostalgic to watch.

I beg to differ my friend. I'm a guy and a bit husky but it doesn't stop me from picking up the hoop! with enough practice you can be just elegant hooping it's all about having fun and enjoying what you do! Hooping is my way of relaxing and meeting new friends! anyone can make hooping look beautiful with practice and a good flow! Hell some of the most beautiful hoopers I know are plus sized girls but just have fun with it.

literally felt so relaxed watching this, you move so gracefully. i just started hooping a couple of weeks ago and so far got tangled up doing escalators but enjoying learning and hope to be as good as this one day!
