Now Im back for AIDA 3
unlike the PADI scuba progression AIDA is very linear and AIDA 3 is basically Advanced freediving.
If you are interested in freediving I really recommend it, if you live in Toronto contact Dive World for more information and you could be taught by Andrew and Lilly too. If you dont live in Toronto, contact your local dive shops and get into it!
Part 2 is coming next week and it is going to be awesome, we get to stay with Lilly and Andrew in their home up in Lions head again!

Hey Sam! These guys are so cool! Seems like great people and really interesting to hear the info! Farrrrrrr our good stuff 4.30minutes! No way in could hold my breath for that long 😂😂😂 I would if passed out! Well done!!!

Thanks Megan, Andrew and Lilly are two of the nicest people I know, watch for the next 2 episodes, we get to stay with them again at their house. 4.30, honestly I didn't think I would have been able to either. My friend Raj is up to 5 Minutes and will be representing India in the AIDA competitions in Montreal in December.
