Vlog 14 - Freediving to 50 Metres

Two months ago I could freedive to around 20 metres and that pretty felt hard to do. Since then I have been training most days with Apnea Canarias to work my way up the freediving qualifications to AIDA level 4, and prepare myself for the instructor course in January. This video is an insight to what it is like training apnea here in Tenerife, and my journey so far to reach a new personal best of 50m FIM

nice video, it's the middle ear that needs to be equalized not the inner ear :) and freefall doesn't start at 15meter unless someone is seriously overweight, at 15meter most would be already negatively buoyant but you can't say that the freefall will start then unless you wanna just go to 20-25 meter and want to start a super slow freefall. cheers and congratulations on the 50 meter
