My Uncle wrote this song. Him, his brothers and Uncle sang it for AIM when he was a child. They were known as the Mission Flat Singers.

First time i heard it was a blockade in the early 70's. As a young boy i saw my elders, fathers ,mothers and their children. All singing together, standing together. No fall back position it was our stand. AIM helped us stand strong. Seems so long ago. We are still here.
