@@boosfps In my opinion every game by default should match you ONLY against players who use the same input method as you and let you decide if you want to be matched to other platforms or input metod to reduce time to find lobbies. In the case of halo infinite for me it is very obvious how a good player with mnk has an advantage over good gamepad players. On cod however it's the opposite, the gamepad has a scary lock-on aimassist which puts you at a disadvantage if you use mnk. Maybe I'm completely wrong about it but it's just my opinion, what do you think about it?

@@redered I appreciate the thought out response. A lot of what you said makes sense and I can’t fault you for your opinion. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with separating inputs for ranked by default. But I disagree that MnK has an advantage on halo. The top MnK players can for sure do things that controller players can’t (Example: Flicking/180’s) but it goes the other way around too. And there is a reason that only 1 halo pro out of hundreds uses Mnk. 99% are controller.
