sens is anywhere from 31 to 47cm depending on the scen
op1 8k + zero soft
first vod is from early 2021, rest are from the 27/4/2024

do you do anything for wrist health, like any stretches or exercises? i would love to grind more speedts but they wear out my wrists quite a lot =(

i do some wrist stretches from 1hp! if your having issues with ur wrists hurting after these u might be overutilising them somewhat? for most of the very speed focused scenarios in these benches i was relying a lot on my arm

the most important thing in mouse grip is the relaxation of the hand and the convenience?? and the rest doesn't matter (palm, ftp, claw) ??
