chicken mince regular 2 lbs
🔸️fat 2 tbsp or 20 grams ( alternate with butter)
🔸️onions 2 medium
🔸️green chillies 7-8
🔸️fresh garlic 5_6 cloves
🔸️ginger one small piece
🔸️fresh cilantro (dhania) one small bunch
🔸️salt to taste
🔸️Chilli flakes 1 and half tsp full
🔸️ roasted and crushed Cumin 1 tsp
🔸️roasted and crushed Corridander 1 tsp
🔸️ @shanfoodsglobal tikka seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
