Hi Mary, so nice to hear from you. Air fryers only use a quarter of the power that your oven uses, so I try to cook anything in it, that I would put in the oven. The really big advantage is the food tastes so much better. Whole chickens for instance taste amazing. Catch you soon, take care.

I have heard that a lot of RV residents use air fryers. I know mine is 1500 watts, so that certainly is fine for most inverters in RV's. Sorry, it goes in after the Oxo cube and cornflour. That essentially forms your gravy. I must have missed shooting that bit of me putting the water in. But I can clearly see the mixture is wetter after the stock cube and cornflour, so it must have gone in then. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention.
