Hi Kelly , hope this fine wonderful spring like day finds you doing well ! Hey they've got Buffalo Wild Wings everywhere , why not start a new franchise called Kelly's Buffalo Better Burgers. Seriously , if more people tried Bison Burgers , it wouldn't take long for the word to spread of how tasty and good they are. Would be a great business opportunity ! I know because my cousin opened up the only burger stand that featured exclusively Bison Burgers in Edmonton , Alberta Canada in the early 70's and he made a killing selling them. People would line up to get in there and buy them. I like these sauces you're coming up with to use as a spread. They're really delicious and so easy to make. You're only limited by your imagination ! The other day I pulled up one of your older videos on how to make Air Fried hard boiled eggs and you had me laughing right off the bat when you tried to blow that egg right out of it's shell and it got away from you and landed on the floor. That was funny girl , you've got a great sense of humor about you. Spring is in the air. Can you feel it and smell it ? I'm so done with winter , yuk ! I just so happen to have elk ground meat in the freezer. Now I know what to do. We make a dip similar to that when we eat boiled crawfish.
