Ingredients:
3 pounds pork skins
( Take off any fat, before and after boil. Clean and boiled for 20 minutes. And sliced into 1/4 inch or your desired size )
Seasonings:
1 Tablespoon Spoon Vinegar
3/4 - 1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Spoon MSG or more
After season and dry.
The dryer pork skins the batter.
Only air dry or deep fried as you want to eat.
Store away the remaining dry pork skin in zip log bag and in the freezer.
