For the resting it´s better to cover the meat into the aluminoum foil than keep it open.

Hello, I have a question I have the COSORI air fryer and I have been watching your air fryer videos can I use the same tempetures on my air fryer that you use to follow your air fryer recipes. Is each air fryer is different.

No, i have that air fryer too, burnt it and it wasn’t all the way cooked. Ended up wrapping it in tin foil

First I cut mine into 4 to 6 inches long pieces depending how wide it is, I"m usually looking for one small serving. ( I live alone) Then I roll it in garlic powder, onion salt, and black pepper. I want so much spice that I can hardly see the meat. Then I roll it around in a small pot of plain Costco olive oil until it's browned and has reached an internal temperature of 135 degrees clear through. Try my way you wont't be sorry. TheReaper!

After you flip it- how much longer do you cook it for?

Flip halfway through the cooking time, so for example if cooking time is 10 minutes flip after 5 minutes and then if will cook for the remaining 5 minutes

Wow. 20 min? And it's overcooked? We eat ours pink. So less time? Or lower temp? Daughter has air fryer I've never used it. I'd like to try? Usually I do 2 in cast iron pan, 3 min all 4 sides then 7 min in oven. They line air fryer with foil for cleanup. If I put 2 for 20 min will it be med rare? Tyvm

Is the paprika smoked? I use smoked because regular paprika doesn’t have much flavor. Also brown sugar and stone ground mustard will elevate the dish even more. 😉

I used regular paprika. Yes smoked is great 😋 Brown sugar and mustard powder are great additions!
