After almost a year of rumors, teaser images, and early releases, the Air Jordan 11 “Cherry” (“White/Varsity Red”) finally hits a wide selection of retailers tomorrow, December 10th. Since the earliest mock-up of the two-tone sneaker emerged spectators were skeptical about the sneaker, but the design’s backstory might’ve persuaded some into buying the pair. Countless new and old Air Jordan fans had been begging Team Jumpman to retro another style of the 11th sneaker in Michael Jordan’s signature line to no avail. The “White” and “Varsity Red” ensemble, however, is rooted in the curiosity of what another team color would’ve looked like for #23 during his time with the Chicago Bulls. The bolder of the two hues takes over everything from the patent leather mudguard to the inner-lining. Underfoot, the tried-and-proven outsole opts for a clear, icy finish that helps the aforementioned details pop that much more.

I'm one of those people that just does not like 11 lows. To my eyes, they look like kid shoes. The 🍒 11 highs are clean in both the cleat and 22 versions. The only issue I had with the shoe was early images. I feel like I saw a white sockliner somewhere. Personally, think it looked clean as hell and wouldn't have minded that version dropping. As far as future colorways? The more colorful these get, the more of a bootleg they'll start to look like. Lastly, I've been watching for a minute but I don't think I've seen a vid of you detailing your football journey. A few mentions and clips here and there but as an ex athlete myself, I'd be interested in the journey. Stay safe and happy holidays bruh.

Great video. Great match up on comparisons/pros/cons. My opinion on whole video posted. I love the cherry highs. The color block is classic just red. It’s OG all the way besides color. I love what JB did for this release/shoe. I copped mine on SNKRS live event early. It was a must cop since last year when I knew they were dropping. Not a cool grey 11 fan. I think too much hype on a color Jordan never wore. The red sock liner is the finishing complete touch. No other liner color would have been right for 🍒 11s. White or black not red so red was perfect for it. And sick color preference can be a bit more versatile. Win like 96 nice but Cherry’s better all day. My poll Cherry’s win 80/20 highs over lows for me mostly.

Definitely had to get the cherry mid I didn't like the low cut when I had the concord 11. Definitely a lot of changes that made the shoe more everyday wear instead of just for dressing up.

I still got my win 96 DS, amd boiii those things still fire since the day they first came out!! I now have the cherrys also. And honestly, the all red breaks more necks still imo. You can rock it and look more uniform to the outfit you choose. Don't get me wrong. These cherrys straight fire as well. But the all reds joints just hit in a different way. Inspite of people saying "oh red October is over" or " the all reds shoes played out!" I'll tell you this, when I bust out a fresh clean Pair of win 96 with them icy icy bottoms, bro they still turn heads! It's definitely a close fight but I give a slight edge to the all red joints. I'm og born in 84, so I seen it all.

I love the concords they've been my favorite shoe since I was 7 but I'm getting the cherry's because the concords are too expensive for me. I like the cherry's a lot but I prefer the concords.

11s are pretty hard to pull off as a casual shoe, especially in this colourway but beautiful nevertheless. I won 2 pairs and both had qc issues with glue stains and panel cuts ☹️

concords didn't sell out until 2011. 2000 sat for a bit ans 1995 those things collected dust and sold out by early summer cauae a few moths earlier the bred 11s were the 1st 11s to sell out. concords are one of the most overhyped shoes ever
