The folding thing beside the mirror has a horizontal bar at the bottom which is additional hanging space. You can use it to dry small items or whatever you might wish to hang up that's light. I use mine on the balcony for airing items since I'm not permitted by the bylaws to drape things over the railings. I've also used them in small laundry closets for damp drying items I don't wish top put in the dryer.

Mike is 30 something. I hope he does not lose his enthusiasm or wonder when he gets older. I see too many videos from blase 'tour guides'. I have only been to Quebec and Ottowa. Sometimes your backyard can be the best place to explore.

My partner used to live across the street from an alpaca farm. The owner was a really nice lady who talked our ears off about them. Apparently, if they really like you, they will give you kisses. They feel weird, but they're oh so sweet! I miss visiting with the alpacas so much.

Other than the 1st 2 not having a shower, I would stay at all 3 for at least one night. Because I am a knitter and a crocheter, I would want to spend at least a week or 2 at the airbnb with the alpaca's.

OMG! Mike, this was the best. I love alpacas and the Cottage is gorgeous. And, the view up top; stunning. You bet I would stay there. Loved this video! Note: The tugboat surprised me; no shower! That's a fail. The first tree house; total, absolutely NOT!

I think all of the places have something to offer. It’s always good to mix it up. I might even say that the Cottage at the farm might be a little too glam for me, but it’s always nice to be pampered. I am going to book a night at the tugboat in the spring. That is something I would like to support.

Definitely this place. A comfortable bed, a working bathroom, running water, spectacular views plus Ivory, Big Boy and chocolate...definitely no contest...the tree house seems pretty sick though. We'll see next week. Thanks Mikey! Happy adventures.

Genuinely, so thankful to have found your youtube. First found your fun an exciting adventure with your friend @Will Edmond that was sponsored by High Speed Rail Alliance because I have thought about doing the same trip. Then discovered a few of your other videos. On top of that my folks are about to celebrate their 40th in September and never thought about a get away on a tugboat, but super excited to have them experience that down the line at the Swept Away Inn! Oh and sometimes Alpaca's can be cool, sometimes not. My neighbors growing up had a farm of them so watching this video was fun.

As Riley put it, you left the best until last. Great location, cute critters, oh, and the welcome hamper, wine, beer and bathrobes! The hospitality at this place was just awesome and reminds me of my stay at Windsor Guest House on West 11th Avenue in your home city. The great interior of the cottage has given me some great ideas for my planned rebuild here (subject to budget). Now I'm looking forward to your next tree house adventure. This one sways? Did that put Riley off? Wonder if the local racoons will put in an appearance. You've had practice now with the alpacas. Cheers from Michael downunder and stay safe.

Dude...there is no contest. Both the tree house and the tugboat would have had me hunting for the nearest decent hotel. That alpaca farm I would spend a few weeks at no problem.

Rules for feeding alpacas...rip apples in half and rotate corn cobs while they eat! We learn things everyday. Wonderful trip (again)!

I absolutely love how you met the alpacas before checking out the cottage! They really are cute-smelly but cute 😜. But an FYI, alpacas do spit - mostly at each other regarding dominance but you can get into the crossfire - smells HORRIBLE. I grew up with alpacas up here in Alaska. They can be super sweet and their fleece is so soft, but they can def be stubborn.

OKAY.... the first tree house... not for me. The tug boat was cool but as I get a bit older, I'm becoming a creature of comfort....it just happens! The Alpaca farm was very sweet..... I could hang there with the alpaca and in that space. Keep 'em coming Mike.... your videos from B.C. are just as great as all your others! Thanks a ton. We have a place not far from us in a town called Geneva, Fl that is on a similar scale. It is also an AirBnb, called Danville. He has fun, unique places to stay and alpacas too. We stayed in the airport hanger, before Covid. He also does goat "happy hour." I want to go back and stay in another room or two.

I have always wanted to interact with alpacas. They are know to be very curious and friendly. So I WILL be staying there when I hit Vancouver after Covid vaccinations etc allow me to travel.

Really enjoyed the Vancouver Island videos. I would have loved to stay at any of the B&Bs but the Alpaca farm's hosts certainly went above and beyond. One note: DON"T SIT YOUR NOTEBOOK COMPUTER ON THE BED! Sorry to shout but as a former computer technician, I promise you you will burn out the motherboard really quick that way. Reilly needs to up his sense of adventure but you two still make a cute couple ;) . Happy trails!

Good question! I search using the search filters on AirBnB and select Unique Accommodations, and then just browse through and see what interests me.

I really enjoyed this little series - I didn't realize there is a part four coming. How come Riley bailed on you? I love it when you drop cringey jokes: "...plus they'll alpaca better in your suitcase for trips." - so bad, its awesome! LOVE this place. It's sorta weird . . . b/c even though it has all those "romantic" assets . . . they crossover quite well to "bromance" features as well. Hell . . . I'd love to LIVE in this place. Not too sure how this outdoor kitchen would fare in the winter though. I'm still checking to see if anyone knew what that fold-up thing on the wall is. I've got this place on my list of possibilities after the Covid's gone. Thanks! looking forward to the "luxury" Tree House next.
