Hopefully they develop a fly-by-wire system with the folding blades to update the chopper in the future because I really love this design

The Airbus H160 is a beautiful machine. This H160 is well suited for EMS and Law Enforcement work, especially with quieter blades, faster speed and ability to stay in the air much longer due to better fuel efficiency. With folding blades and fly-by-wire systems it's a safer helicopter. Western Australia which is a vast state and with only two EMS AND TWO Police helicopters and are in the air many days throughout the week. Even though the H160 is dearer than the H145, the 160 is more ideal, larger, faster, efficient and able to carry a larger payload. Many rescues are done by hovering and with an autopilot abilities is much safer in tight conditions and easier on the pilot/s. Hope to see these H160 helicopters in Western Australian skies.
