- 2 slot AA module is pretty much useless, only slot 6 AA module gives anything and even then most of the AA module functionality is locked behind having DFAA - Staying in blobs is a good way to be crossfires and lacking opportunities to crossfire enemy, also good chunk of ships is pretty much specialized in flanking, many ships rely on their mid/short range DPS with also stack poorly in bloobs, requiring ships to be pretty close. - Planes can cause crossfire on demand, ship dodging planes can expose ship to eating citadels from other ships. - Problem with Captain skill is that they become irrelevant if there's no CV and not everyone can afford respecting/retraining/having spare captains in modes where CV's are not present and you can't even switch between captains in case you don't get CV in random match - Another problem with Captain skills/modules that ships with low/medium AA don't benefit too much from them as most of them are straight percentage bonus, only Flak count boosts are relevant somewhat there and at most you get 1, unless you have DFAA with six slot module for extra 2 - same problem as with Captain skills applies to DFAA which ends up useless in non CV match, while Hydro has even higher priority due to all the new hyper fast torpedo spam and subs - Catapult Fighter pretty much is still irrelevant, only sometimes it prevents CV from striking you multiple times

So a player is supposed to lower themselves by slotting equipment that makes their ship less effective against others to mitigate by very small margins the damage they will take from a cv that may or may not be in their match. kk

​@@kristelvidhi5038You're missing the point here. Shinano was not a proper fleet carrier. Her purpose was to ferry planes to other frontline carriers and air bases on land. Her own air wing was small and dedicated to self defense. United States was designed to be not just a proper attack carrier but one capable of delivering nuclear strikes. The two ships may be massive but their roles are totally opposite. Shinano has no place in World of Warships since she functionally isn't even really a fighting vessel.

If a CV manages to do this then the player they were attacking must have been doing something very wrong. I assume you're talking about the Gneisenau in this replay who blatantly refused to manoeuvre at all to attempt to avoid the torpedoes dropped by the player. And to get banned to this is the stupidest take, you didn't get banned for farming that mostly full HP GK and Zao to death in your Smolensk video did you so take your bad opinion elsewhere.

@@dr4k0nm47 Don't forget to add all the dev strikes that happen per day that should get banned, or the number of multi citadel hits that delete ships.
