bro! great vlog! been meaning to mention something.. i noticed your choice of food that you consume..lots of high calories..if you want to clear your face skin try cutting down on dairy and fried foods. try 1 week cleansing ..stop dairy and wheat by products, eat fresh uncooked veggies and fruits and use hypo allergenic soap. i know you are highly regimented and determined person who always acheives his goals so this should be an easy task for you! :) cheers!

I appreciate this comment a lot! This was shot about 3 months ago and my skin is considerably clearer right now from watching what I consume more. The main problem I notice in that regards is that I consume a lot of dairy (I love milk) and I eat pretty much anything because I go to the gym and fast a lot. But I realize that compensation is not enough, I need to be more mindful of what I put in my body. I'll make it happen 💯

Is not worth it don’t do it pilots life isn’t just eating and crazy distantionas there is a lot of waiting and been bored and sitting for hours and on top of that 100k average student loans and 80% of students pilots don’t even make it they quit with average dept of 30/40k

And they will fire you if you get some type of decide or heart attacks you won’t get hired again there strict with healthy you can’t get fat also too fat you will always be wearing suits

Watch my series How to become an airline pilot (3 videos), the gist of my background is mathematics specialization in high school and mechanical engineering background. Then got into a UK flight school after passing selections and starting flying in the airline afterwards.
