Kinda agree with that sentiment. I would rather have a pilot who could land eyes closed with tons of experience than some kid from a Pump-Out-Pilots (POP) program who is addicted to tiktok. Something I have learned is that the older you get, the more of a good handy old tool you become. You will remain in the best shape as long as you are working and moving. My dad legitimately has the body of a 30-40 year old because he bikes on a healthy basis. He still passes electric bikes all the time and races with guys half his age no problem. Funny enough that his genes game him white hair by 35 🤣. Don't know if I will get that either.

I kinda would like to differ. If you work commercially, you sort of live in a cockpit. Seems like a perfect opportunity for a big brother moment if the majority of your life where you express your thoughts, opinions and viewpoints is always recorded and could easily be listened to. Besides, we already have black box tapes if we really need to go back and check something out.
