Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification (MOSAIC). It's basically a proposed expansion of the Light Sport category.

We pretty much knew last year that the earliest that MOSAIC would be enacted would be early to mid 2025. FAA has said for a long time that it would be approximately 16 months after closing of the comment period, which closed in January.
