That are the demoniac rules(i vomit...) to defend the "Top Secret of State's Reasons): many innocent italian military radar controller withnes of that battle, had stranges deadly incidents after that tragic air-civilian shooting down happened in June 1980.

The Solo's timing was off, he came over the top too soon. He knew it and put out the flaps and landing gear to try to slow down. He should have just nose dived into the ground. That way it would have only been one. I was there and very close. I got flash burns from the burning fuel spray. No conspiracies, just bad judgement.
