Thanks Bruce. I just stopped by for a refresher..and the missus(ahem). yeah, I've yanked the dogbone. Thanks again. ~ Last fall I squirted this and that with silicone on in the 2010's arms. ha, we didn't use the awning much obviously.

We accidentally put our awning up 1st time and we did exactly what you said not to do. And the main arm bent. Now we can’t put it away. Ugh ordered the parts will be here in 3days hoping for no rain and wind. (Was just in the hurricane in Houston )
