Airstream Trailer Tank(s) Level Sensor Wiring / Frame Wiring

3 жыл бұрынIn this episode I wire all tank level sensors and run the wire on the frame back to the location of the tank monitor. I also wired and ran both axel brake wires as well as the ground wire for the brakes, frame, etc. The water pump and power supply were also wired and ran but will be better explained in the fresh water tank connection video of all fresh water plumbing. After all the wires were wired and ran throughout the trailer I went back and did some wire management to give a nice appearance with some organization. I used wire clips and used 3m 77 adhesive spray to ensure the bonded be there for decades to come. Please feel free to add any comments, suggestions etc to any of my videos on my channel.

Danny, did you give any thought to the strapping you used on the tube from the black tank? The reason I ask is that as you go down the road your trailer goes through an vibration shake fest. What i see is that metal against plastic and over time groves begin to form. Well I think you know where I'm going with this. Maybe some rubber sleeve around the pipe would help prevent any wear. The strap is temporary only. I order a pipe clamp with rubber grommet inserts specifically to mount in strap locations and they are back ordered….still. So I temporary had to put these in place and keep pushing forward. But they will replaced soon right before the subfloor is fully installed.
