Its not a matter of age , a person who keeps a check on ones weight ,health and appearance can easily reduce some weight ,especially when these people have all the facilities of gym instructors, dieticians, etc I am 52 now gaining weight but I am trying my best to lose weight because with age we can have multiple health issues, the aged Indian actresses like Madhuri, juhi chawala, Manisha , karishma etc have maintained themselves
